Officially 3 Years Old!

 Today I brought cookies to William's preschool to celebrate his big day with his classmates.  It was very cute to hear all the little kids sing happy birthday to him. 

 We made our annual birthday trip to the Gristmill in Gruene for dinner to celebrate William's 3rd Birthday as a family.

Almost Due.

My friend Jenny and I are due one week apart and as you can see we are both ready.  I am looking forward to raising our 4 boys together.  It may take some patience and a few margaritas, but I think we are both up for the challenge.

William's 3rd Birthday Party

William had his third birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese's this past weekend.  Talk about partially organized chaos.  When all was said and done all that mattered is that William had a great day with his friends.  This year he seemed to really get the concept of his birthday and Trey and I truly enjoyed watching his joy!

HLES Shower

Today at school my wonderful office team hosted a baby shower for Westin and me.  It was nice to spend the time celebrating such an exciting event with so many caring people. The second picture is a picture with a hand drawn piece of art with Westin's name on it that my art teacher made and the specials team gave me.  Very thoughtful gift and our art teacher is truly amazing. I was driving home from work two days ago (listening to the new Brad Paisley song, Anything Like Me) and I think it finally hit me that at anytime I will be having my second child.  This time around I can honestly say I am more excited than anxious.  I can't wait to meet Westin!    

William's First Night Away from Mom and Dad

This past weekend William stayed the night with Mimi and Papa Tom at Aunt Lindsy's house for the first time.  We decided we better practice to see if he would make it through the night a couple miles from our house.  He did make it through the night after he crawled into bed with his cousin Sydney. 



Early B-day Gift for William

Mr. and Mrs. Tubb (my boss and her husband) gave William his birthday present a little early and I have to say they are quite a success.  In the cube are two African Dwarf Frogs that are fascinating to watch.  These are William's first official pets and I think they are a perfect start.  They only need to be fed twice a week and cleaned every 3 months.

I am 33 weeks in these picture and William is one month away from turning 3.  There are so many big changes going on  lately and I have a feeling that things aren't slowing down any time soon.  I am so thankful for each of the small moments I can share with William before Westin arrives.  I just hope there is enough of me to give them both all the love they deserve.
