In June we went on our first road trip to Florida. The kids were excellent travelers and we had a lot of fun at the beach.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort in Panama City Beach. It had a waterpark, kid activities and a few different pools. We watched movies outside by the pool, attended a magic show and watched a fire show.
We also rented a pontoon boat and drove to Shell Island. On our way we had a pod of dolphins surround our boat and come right up to us. We also say a large stingray, some starfish and one of the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. It was such a great excursion.

William's favorite part was collecting shells. He and my dad were relentless.
William and his classmates performed songs together.
William and his teacher, Ms. Shelia.
Each student shared what they wanted to be when they grow-up and William said he wanted to build a Lamborghini. His obsession with fast cars is still in full swing. He was very excited to receive his medal too. And now it is time for kindergarten. I have waited for 6 years to have him with me and now I'm sad that the time has come. Tugs at my heart.
The week after William's cast came off he started swimming lessons. The doctor thought it would be good for his leg and he was right. William was hardly able to walk and this helped him to use his leg with less weight.
This was William's second soccer season and it was cut short by a broken leg. William was playing his best game of the season and he jumped over the ball to turn its directions and he immediately fell to the ground. He made 5 goals during the game and it was almost over. He was so brave throughout the whole cast process.
William naturally understood the concept of defense this season. He even started irritating other players by playing one on one.
All wrapped up the day he broke his leg.
We found things to do that didn't involve walking. He wasn't able to put any weight on his left for 4 weeks. Fun, fun, fun.....
