William made his first trip to the beach this past weekend. He really enjoyed the seagulls, waves and playing in the sand. 
Trey and William went swimming in the pool at the condo we rented. MiMi and Papa Tom stayed a couple of days with us and Aunt Shay and Uncle Tom stayed one night. William was exhausted after this fun trip to Padre Island.

All dressed up for work. Well, not quite, we were getting William dressed for a wedding we attended in Galveston last weekend.
Here is his tough guy picture. This week William's first tooth arrived and he has mastered the art of crawling. He has a talent for being able to detect any object that he can't play with.

Trey and I are hopeful that this will be the only time we are looking at our son through bars.
William woke up from his nap yesterday and much to my surprise he was standing up looking at me when I entered his room. He is growing up entirely too fast and we just need him to slow down a bit.
