Cupcake break
Last weekend Dad and Trey installed the bulk of our yard. The grass arrived on Thursday and the two of them worked all day Friday. We had help lined up from some college students on Saturday, and we ended up not needing them. They are the two hardest working/ people I know. They just wouldn't stop until the last piece was laid.

Westin 18 Months
Where has the time gone? Westin has already turned into a little boy. I am so thankful that he has remained a little cuddler. He loves to be held, hugged and kissed. He has also figured out how to hold his own with his older brother. William knows that Westin won't sit back and let him take toys from him anymore. They have started to be able to play together for longer periods of time lately. He is also good at playing on our emotions. When he gets in trouble he bats his eyes, and comes to give us a hug. I am not sure if this is good or bad...just really cute.
I told Westin to smile for the picture and he said, "catch" and threw the ball to me. He is quite the talker. Every day he is learning more and more words. Favorite Words - outside, eat, blankie, lovie, apple, bye-bye, Rosie (neighbors dog), cracker and dirty. At his last check-up he weighed 25.6 pounds and everything was looking good.
Westin has continued to be very easygoing. He tells us when he's ready to go, "night, night". He loves to play outside in the sand or the dirt. He brings so much joy to our lives.
